YOUR TALENT
Education:

Preferably with a bachelor’s degree
Experience:
-
Ideally with 1-year Customer Service experience
-
Experience in SAP preferred but not mandatory
Capabilities:

Results-oriented

Customer service oriented

Ability to work alongside other functions

Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)

Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing)

Attention to detail
YOUR MISSION
-
Creation of Sales Orders & Delivery Notes
-
Preparing implementation reports
-
Generating reports from SAP
-
Revision of discounts and payment terms, if any
-
Moving of delivery dates
-
Preparing Pro-forma invoices
-
Maintaining records for LPO
-
Handle UPS invoices
-
Invoicing DN’s once packed in SAP
