As a Healthcare Sales & Business Development Representative at XetaX, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partner clinics and ensuring the highest quality of healthcare services.
Your responsibilities will encompass; project management, assessing healthcare providers, onboarding partner clinics & hospitals, staff training, and maintaining quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Partner Clinics: Conduct regular visits to partner clinics, hospitals, and treatment centers to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
- Assess Healthcare Providers: Evaluate the facility standards (hygiene), type of procedures offered (e.g., hair transplant, nose surgery, dental clinics, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, etc.) and assess the quality of services provided and performance by each partner.
- Shortlisting and Refinement: Identify top-notch partner clinics based on strategic assessments and collaborate with them to refine their services and offerings.
- Onboarding Partner Clinics: Guide partner clinics through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the XetaX network.
- Staff Training: Facilitate training sessions for clinic staff to enable them to proficiently operate their facility with "XetaX Pro" PRM (Patient Relationship Management) platform.
- Healthcare Provider Support: Provide ongoing support to partner clinics, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure a positive partnership experience.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services by partner clinics.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Background in healthcare, with a good understanding of medical procedures and standards.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Additionally, Russian is highly considerable.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
