Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
    • Assist in processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm order details.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
  • Shipping and Receiving:
    • Coordinate shipments, including preparing shipping documents and labels.
    • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory accordingly.
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, orders, and inventory.
    • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and other relevant documentation requirements.
  • Communication:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
    • Keep all stakeholders informed about the status of orders and shipments.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Identify and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
    • Proactively communicate any potential delays or challenges to the relevant parties.
  • Adherence to Safety Standards:
    • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
