1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain advanced SaaS applications with functionalities like cutting-edge employee monitoring and threat prevention solutions.

2. Utilize Python, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build, update, and enhance software applications, specifically tailored for employee monitoring, productivity tracking, and insider threat prevention.

3. Work closely with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, and develop content criteria for optimal project outcomes, ensuring alignment with advanced software features in the field.

4. Develop and validate test routines and schedules, ensuring comprehensive coverage of external interfaces and compatibility across various browsers and devices.

5. Evaluate Python and React code to ensure adherence to industry standards, validity, proper structure, and compatibility with browsers, devices, and operating systems, consistent with cutting-edge software architecture.

6. Analyze technical requirements to understand user needs effectively, particularly in the context of employee monitoring and threat prevention.

7. Troubleshoot technical issues related to advanced software functionalities and provide solutions for identified problems or bugs.

8. Collaborate with designers to integrate audio, video, and graphics seamlessly, enhancing the user experience of sophisticated software.

9. Contribute to backend data integration and collection efforts, emphasizing features such as user behavior analytics.

10. Understand UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general functions and standards, aligning with the sophistication expected in cutting-edge software solutions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Python Developer with a focus on developing advanced SaaS applications, preferably with features like leading employee monitoring and threat prevention solutions.

2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience.

3. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in programming applications, particularly with Python, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

4. Proven experience with advanced SaaS applications and services.

5. High degree of independent judgment and problem-solving skills.

6. Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap/Materialize) and methodologies (OOCSS, BEM, SMACSS).
