Opportunity

Within our EMEA/ APAC-wide Internship Program CareerStart@sas we’re offering a 6-month full-time internship in the Customer Success department as Technical Customer Success.

The Customer Success team is looking for a Technical Customer Success intern to support and increase the SAS User Adoption, to solve and remove technical barriers and to increase the return of investment on SAS Platform.

• Identifying the technical educational needs and recommendations of suitable trainings and materials,
• Providing support to improve coordination with SAS and partner teams,
• Assisting in monitoring and escalations for SAS technical support process.

Required qualifications:

• You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. We’re a global company, English is key.
• Arabic or French is a plus.
• You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
• You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program or you are a fresh graduate.
• Target majors include STEM faculties, Computer Science, Data Science and Engineering.
• Experience in Data Science programming languages like SAS or Python is preferable.
