H Dubai’s modern Indian eatery, The Crossing, has launched a brand new dinner series for which cooking experts from around the globe join forces with in-house chef Jitin Joshi. On 15 December, supper club specialist Vikram Gaw’de of ETT HEM by The Curry Bureau, will take over the kitchen and serve a curated menu in the restaurant’s private dining room.

Gaw’de’s food is known to be influenced by India’s coastal regions, so diners can expect to try signature plates of seafood and curries packed with bold spices and flavours. Seating is limited to only 10 guests per night, so book your spots today for AED450 for a lavish eight-course feast.
