Calling all foodies to save the date – Taste of Dubai, in partnership with Philips, is returning with another extravagant culinary celebration from 23-25 February. The festival gathers top-notch restaurants, tasting sessions, cooking workshops and live music in a laid-back outdoor setting at Skydive Dubai.

Sample taster-sized signature dishes from fine dining venues like Massimo Bottura's Torno Subito and Akira Back's eponymous eatery at W Dubai The Palm, or join a hands-on masterclass to whip up tasty treats with celebrated chefs. From Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia's Indian bites to delectable flavours from Jun's and fusion plates from Osteria Funkoolio, diners will be spoilt for choice. Other eateries that will set up shop at the Taste Tent include Rhodes W1, Indya by Vineet, Tan Cha, Hutong, Bushra by Budha Bar, City Social, Sumosan and Maya by chef Richard Sandoval. You can also show off your culinary talent at a mystery box cooking challenge or attend workshops by expert pitmasters to hone your skills.

Meanwhile, the little ones can work up an appetite at dedicated play zones. This three-day gathering provides the perfect opportunity to eat your way through Dubai's gastronomic best, with a side of concerts, entertainment and retail therapy at pop-up shops featuring food and lifestyle products from homegrown brands.
